A large open living area with plenty of comfortable furniture to lounge on opens to a 27’ glass wall leading to the veranda, which overlooks the hot tub, pool, and serene beach 3 steps down. The huge kitchen is well stocked and fitted with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite counter space.

The master bedroom has an unbelievable view of the Pacific Ocean and sunsets that you'll forever remember. The spacious master ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub with jets, a large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet for those travellers who like to travel with large wardrobes.

The second bedroom has a deluxe ensuite, and the third bedroom has a gorgeous mountain view with slider doors to a balcony. All bedrooms have king size beds with deluxe sheet sets, and flat screen satellite tv’s. All bathrooms have top of the line faucets, sinks and granite counter tops with large mirrors. The master bathroom has a toilet, shower, and jetted tub. The second bathroom as a toilet and shower, and the third bathroom has a toilet and combination tub/shower.

Before stepping down a gentle step to the pool area, there is a 500 sq ft covered patio with a custom-built stainless grill cooking area. All bedrooms and the living room area have fans as well as air conditioning (sliding glass doors must be closed for AC to come on)

Other amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the house, privacy fence with driveway gate, high end tiled flooring, and a filtration system which purifies the water that comes out of every tap and shower. Purified, filtered water is an amenity you will not take for granted in Ecuador!

On the back of the property, in a separate dwelling, reside our caretakers Gilson & Kathy, a very nice, hard-working young Ecuadorian couple who take care of anything and everything, including daily cleaning and even prepare some meals for your group.
