The home in February Point had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. The beach and pool were just a short distance away. There was a restaurant on site that was open, although we preferred a few restaurants off site. The owner was very responsive to questions. Exuma is a friendly island with ma ny laid back activities.”

Boaters paradise!
We just returned from Paradise House Villa and had a wonderful and relaxing week at this home. The home was well equipped and just across the street from the beach and pool (a very short walk). You definitely need a rental car unless you want to stay in the neighborhood for your visit. February Point is a beautiful development in need of some TLC but we learned from one of the neighbors that the development has been bought by someone new and they are beginning to fix things up again. The people are ever so friendly and helpful ...... we used a water taxi to take us a few places and they picked us up at the marina right in February Point. The bistro at the marina was not open but it seems they are working on getting that open once again. I think February Point will be a fantastic development once the new owners have had time to get it back in shape ...... gorgeous place and we loved it! Our only regret is that we did not have our own boat for the week! It is a boaters paradise!”
