Once you arrive you will not have to use your car again if you don't want to. Local restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and the beach are all within minutes walk from the door step. As it is located just across the street from the beach, you'll be close enough close enough to walk home for a drink, forgotten sunscreen, or a bathroom break....and be back in 5 minutes!

Featured throughout the home are gorgeous heart pine hardwood floors, beautiful new furnishings, and top of the line appliances. The home is designed with an 'Upside Down' floor plan with the great room located upstairs so you can best enjoy the views.

On the first floor you'll find the garage that offers covered parking. The second floor contains 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the laundry room. From the great room you'll enter the dining area, which has a long table with bench seating. Behind the dining table is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. On this floor there is also a screened in porch that has an additional casual dining area. On the fourth floor you'll find a huge rooftop sun deck with a grill and a mini bar, including a sink and fridge. Enjoy grilling out and take in the ocean views!

It is a 5 minute drive to Sullivan's Island, 10 minutes to Mt. Pleasant for movies and shopping, and 20 minutes from downtown.
