Each of the spacious ten (10) bedrooms in our luxury vacation retreat offers complete privacy. *Several of the bedrooms have multiple full size beds.

Due to concierge, chef, butlers, maids, gardners, maintenance and masseuse booking here requires extra charges.
FEES: As we are a fully staffed villa that also operates a small boutique hotel, there are some extra compulsory charges for 3RD HOME members. There is a staffing fee of $50 per person per day to include all of the staff mentioned above. There is $500 or 10 person per day minimum for this. Given the nature and location of the property all food and liquor has to be ordered and paid for in advance. We can work with you specifically for the needs of your party and provide you with an invoice ahead of time. 3RD HOME will act as the escrow between both parties for the per diem and the agreed supplies and these funds will need to be transferred to 3RD HOME in advance of the trip.
