Rancho Santa Fe Guest House

This gorgeous guesthouse is on the most beautifully kept grounds. The guesthouse is approximately 1,800 square feet and can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a gorgeous, plush king bed. Attached to the master is an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bed pulls out a mattress from underneath, but you can only pull out one full mattress at a time. It would be a great room for children. The second bathroom is also a full bath.

The open living space has a lovely kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and larger dining room table. There is no oven in the guest house. The kitchen area connects to the living room and has a great view of the backyard oasis. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer and sink. The house is in a secure gated community.

The house has a large swimming pool with two water slides (one steeper for older children and a little one for little children). It also has two spas, one in the middle of the pool, and another one near the pool with a big screen TV to watch movies! The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Go-cart track is also available for a fee.
Rancho Santa Fe is an upscale community, just 30 minutes north of San Diego and 2 hrs south of Los Angeles.

Rancho Santa Fe

The property is amazing - beautiful grounds and swimming pool. A great place to bring children. We were only a couple staying there. It would have been nice to have access to the golf cart so we could move around the many acres. The guest house was comfortable but lacking in some basic amenities. Beware the frig is a bar size frig with a useless freezer. There is no dishwasher and the TV does not work. TV at pool also did not work. WiFi is weak in guest house. House manager-Stephen was very helpful. He let us use the outside frig and garage freezer. He brought us a toaster (none in guest) Owners were not there so it was a VERY quiet. We ended up leaving a few days early.”

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Lovely guest house. Property manager Stephen was very attentive and responsive. I didn’t give 5 stars as many amenities mentioned were not available. If you’re hoping to use go carts, putting green, or tennis court - check first to see if they’re in working condition. Also there were no working TVs. But that said it’s an amazing property - very private and resort like. ”
