We loved the location, and having beachfront access all to ourselves was wonderful. The house had a few issues - A/C did not function properly - drip pan kept filling up. The owner did send someone to look at it, but it was never fully resolved. Overall, we had a good stay.”

Amazing location

This is a great house on a quiet street in walking distance of Rosemary Beach restaurants, etc. You have your own private beach area so none of the crowds that are at Rosemary but all the convenience of being close to shopping and restaurants. We are loving our time here. Comes with 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas set up for you everyday. Nice that it also has 5 bikes to use. We are enjoying it very much. ”

Our family had a great week at Anchor Cliff. The view from the main floor deck is incredible and it gets even better when your beach chairs are five steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The community of Rosemary is very nice and you can walk or ride a bike to the local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed staying in the Anson's very nice home.”

Beach Paradise

We recently enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful, beach front home in Seacrest Beach, Florida. Seacrest Beach is located adjacent to Rosemary Beach, both of which were perfectly suited for our family that includes small kids. Both communities offered daily activities for adults and kids that kept us entertained well into the evening. The house is situated behind a secure gated entry, with a breath-taking view of the ocean and beach. It is well stocked with all the items you might need, even bicycles, which proved to be a fantastic way of getting around and having access to the many wonderful restaurants and stores to shop in. The beach itself is a real jewel- clean, safe, beautiful... We probably used only a third of the house because it is so large - with ample sleeping for a large group. The owner, Nancy, and her house manager, Amy, were very accommodating. Thanks so much for making our trip to the 30A panhandle of Florida so memorable. We hope to return for many more trips there... ”

Top of the market

A great beach and a great beach house. No question that this house is way above average in every respect. It is furnished with the best of furnishing and the owners' touch with artwork everywhere as part of the excellent decor. It sits right on the beach and the beach is wide with white sands ( the white sands of Panama City). If you have a large family , it would be ideal, if only two, it's great. A five star property.Nancy was a wonderful hostess and will make sure you enjoy everything.”

Perfect Week

Anchor cliff was an amazing house. It had everything you could want for an awsome vacation. There was lots of space, a pool and hot tub, great location, beautifully decorated, and on the beach. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely go back!”
