Catalina Island graces the view 20 miles off shore. During the day you may see dolphins playing in the surf and on summer evenings the grunion may even come ashore. Huntington Harbor, across the road, is home to restaurants, marinas, boat and kayak rentals. A network of bike trails run up and down the coast. A few miles south is the Huntington Beach Pier.

There is a 2nd master downstairs with walk-in closet. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, sharing a Jack n Jill bath. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, prep-island w/ sink, concrete counters, & stylish cabinets. The open floor plan has 10 foot ceilings. The 4th floor roof deck has the most spectacular 360 degree unobstructed view of the entire coast and the mountains to the east. There is a gas bar-b-que and outdoor fireplace. The house is located on the second row and is "not" directly on the sand. It is a great home for a family. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. All guest must follow the rules and regulations of the homeowners association. No pets, no loud parties and guest must be over 25.
