We had an amazing family vacation in this wonderful and perfectly located condo. the condo is very comfortable and ready to take families with lots of fun activities to do. The location of this ski in/out condo is just perfect! The host was very friendly and available. It was our first time in Breckenridge, and this condo and host made this family time memorable. We hope to visit Breckenridge again any time soon and stay in Black diamond again!”

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our week in Breckenridge. Black Diamond is in a GREAT location - an easy walk to town. The unit is well furnished but very small. We were a party of four and were comfortable. Because this appears to be a second home for the owners, the closets and drawers were full and it was difficult to unpack. We enjoyed clean bedrooms and bathrooms but wish the kitchen has been given more attention. ”

Great time At The Black Diamond

We had a wonderful time in Breckinridge and staying at the Black Diamond. The townhouse was extremely close to everything one could do. While we expected spring weather we were unexpectedly surprised to be able to ski. Buses across the street to take you to the mountain. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops along Main Street. A short drive to the beautiful recreation Center and grocery store. The Condo had everything one needed and it felt like a true Third Home... very comfortable with a lived in feel. The kids loved the games, large TV and we even were able to use the sleds in the closet. The hot tub was a 2 minute walk from the back door. The host was accommodating to our schedule and responsive to all requests. We would definitely choose to stay here again and if it were winter ski season there is a chair lift literally across the street. It is true ski in and out. Would be fabulous. ”
