This cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1280 square foot townhome-style condominium is located on Deer Valley Drive, just one mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort and is half a mile from Historic Downtown Park City.

After a day on the slopes, meet by the warm fireplace or relax on the deck in your private hot tub and savor the mountain views. When hunger strikes, your residence features a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, granite countertops, and plenty of room to dine. Greyhawk 12 offers an abundance of amenities, including a patio, private in-residence washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, DVD and Blu-Ray player, and a shared parking garage and grill.

There are two beautiful bedrooms, one on the upper level and the other on the lower level. Each features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a combination shower and jetted tub and a double sink. One of the bedrooms has access to the patio with a hot tub. There is a sofa sleeper and an additional half bathroom on the main floor.

Deer Valley Resort's managed Signature Collection staff offer on-call complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, during the ski season, as well as a skier shuttle to and from Snow Park Lodge. Also, enjoy our full-service concierge and front desk services at your check-in location.

Park City's main street is also a must-visit, with lots to see and do within Utah's premier ski villages. Enjoy fabulous restaurants, endless shopping, and the area skiing is truly world-class.

Of course, Winter is the busy high season. Snow is usually from late November through mid-April. Deer Valley resort opens for skiing each year in the first week of December. Summertime is equally as gorgeous and brings visitors for hiking and mountain biking among the nearby peaks. June to August, temperatures average in the mid-80s; nights can be chilly in the 50s to 60s.
