August 2015Beautiful Montana
We had a great stay at Beartooth Lodge. The owner lives only about 60 miles away and was very helpful with all our requests both in and out of the house. We went hiking, horse back riding and river rafting and returned to this magnificent space!! I would highly recommend this property.. The internet photos do not do the property justice. ”

We were a large group of 10. The house accommodated us nicely. The location was great and kitchen and baths were wonderful. That being said, there was no wifi in house. It was inconvenient, to say the least, to go into town each day to connect to wifi. Also, there was only one television set that was connected to a very complicated dish network system. That took us 2 days to figure it out. The gentleman that met us at the house was unfamiliar with the system. Also, the HVAC had not been services since 2013 and we were without air conditioning in parts of the house for a few days. The owner has given the duties of maintaining the house to a "friend" who lives 1 ½ hours from the house and does not know the ins and outs of the house. That being said, we had a great time. Make sure the next guests know about lack of televisions and wifi.”

August 2013Beautiful Beartooth Lodge
We had a great week in Beartooth Lodge, The home was spacious, well located to town and beautifully decorated. The hot tub on the back patio was a welcome treat after a day of hiking and exploring. There was also a great barbeque pit and fire pit in the backyard that we used. On one evening after a barbeque, a very large Moose walked through the backyard, stopped for a moment and ate some leaves off a tree near the fire pit before moving on to the neighbors yard. We would definitely return.”
