Grand Marina All-Encompassing Vacation

The Grand Marina Villas are a state of the art private residential gated community in Riviera Nayarit. This 2,600 square foot, three bedroom unit is one of the most spacious apartments on the property!

The open living and dining room has tons of room for guests to relax together. The large kitchen includes all the necessary appliances that you would need to make the most out of your vacation. The bar counter includes four stools and the dining table has seating for eight.

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed with a large bathroom and wonderful Jacuzzi. The second room also has a King size bed and a big bathroom with a double sink. The third bedroom has Two twin sizes beds and a bathroom that opens to the living room area for guest’s use as well.

The unit’s terrace has both a lounge area as well as a wooden dining table that also seats eight for guests to be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets together. Two chaises and two hammock chairs can also be found in the outdoor area. This lovely space is great for sunbathing or just enjoying the breeze in the shade.

The property has an unparalleled location, providing so many amenities that leaving the area is not necessary to fully enjoy yourself. In the lush gardens of Grand Marina, you can find two pools, a Jacuzzi, chaise lounges and outdoor living furniture.

Just a few steps outside of Grand Marina you can find the Paradise Plaza Shopping Center; Hospital San Javier, which is a modern medical specialty center; churches; casinos; Yacht Club; Palenque Spa; banks; and ocean front restaurants. In front of the development’s gate, you will find a two-mile-long bicycle lane that follows all of Avenida Paseo de Los Cocoteros, running parallel to the beach. Grand Marina guests can enjoy running, skating and bike riding along the trail, taking pleasure in the diverse flora and fauna of the area, especially the birdlife. If two miles isn’t quite long enough for your exercising needs, the bike path connects with the Maestro Flamingos Condominium walkway, which extends another nearly two-and-a-quarter miles. Two bikes are available for guest’s use. Guests are entitled to the Paradise Village free shuttle that can take you to the El Tigre Sport and Racquet Club and the El Tigre Golf and Country Club.
