NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER
This 3RD HOME dates back to 1840 and has been impeccably renovated. It has beautiful heart pine floors and exposed cypress beams. The kitchen has granite counters and new stainless appliances.
Everything in this historic townhouse is beautifully decorated for your comfort and relaxation while maintaining the graceful living of the Vieux Carre's golden era.
Spacious upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, original brick walls and heart pine floors. The master bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed, while the two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king bed upon request.
The loft, which is accessed by a free standing ladder, also has two twin beds which convert to king upon request. All bedrooms have adequate storage for those "can't leave home without it" items.
The roomy main bath has a large tub with tile surround and a separate stand up tile shower. A half bath is located on the main living floor. For your convenience the townhouse contains a full-sized washer and dryer.
The full-sized kitchen with island is a great place to hang out and enjoy an evening cocktail before heading out for the night. It is well equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, snacks or even a gourmet meal if dining in.

The house was fabulous and the host was great. He met us when we arrived and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome in New Orleans. The place was immaculate and very charming - right in the heart of downtown but not overwhelming (near enough for easy access to Bourbon St but easy to retreat to a quiet environment when you need to recharge your batteries!). Beautiful accommodation - The one note I would make would be that there was no real kitchen, however you are in one of the culinary capitals and we had a restaurant booked for every night. You can walk or take a taxi to everything so a car is not needed. ”
