This 4200 square foot, five bedroom villa is a tennis player's dream escape! Nestled on a hill with breezes and views all around, the four-and-a-half-acre property features private hard and grass tennis courts (can be a volleyball court as well) and is just a short drive to countless attractions!

Failla Villa offers guests all the comforts of home while they are away. The formal living room features ample seating in front of a fireplace, with glass doors bringing in plenty of natural light to brighten the room. Guests can access the patio and lounge area through this room leading out to the pool.

The patio has lounge chairs both in the shade and around the large pool and Jacuzzi. You'll love refreshing yourself in the lagoon-style pool with a beach entry.

The large fully equipped kitchen is ready for guests to use during their stay. The area is large enough for many to help prepare meals. Bar seating is available at the island as well as a breakfast nook in the corner. The formal dining room features room for eight in front of a beautiful fireplace.

The home also features a billiards and ping pong table. A more casual family room with comfortable seating around the fireplace and television is perfect for relaxing after a long day. This room also opens up to the courtyard. Make sure you spend leisurely evenings out on the two-story viewing deck, including barstools, an L-sectional lounge area, and multiple tables and couches. We also offer a new barn on site with a private gym for all your workouts.

The courtyard offers plenty of outdoor lounge space as well as dining areas and an outdoor grill. On nice nights, guests can relax around the fire pit or play life-size chess in the garden! Other outside activities include two shuffleboard courts, two pickleball courts, and viewing and lounge deck, two horseshoe pits, an archery range and infrared sauna and secluded jacuzzi. But a guest-favorite amenity is the outdoor pizza kitchen! The oven heats up to 600 degrees and can cook an incredible pizza in 4 minutes. There's enough seating in the additional courtyard area to seat 32 guests. There's a total of four rivers and 45 benches perched around the property, perfect for reading and relaxation. You'll love the garden paths and Koi Pond which has 25 koi and five turtles. You can also arrive with your groceries already in the home for an additional $100 charge.

Failla Villa features five bedrooms, all with private baths. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, three of the guest rooms offer King beds and the fifth room next to the pool has a full bed. There is a high-end luxury tent near the house which offers an additional two twin beds for a fun camping experience under the stars.

The activities don’t end at tennis, the property also features a 9-hole miniature golf course! You'll also have access to two professional pickle-ball courts, two shuffleboard courts, a basketball hoop, two horseshoe pits, and an archery range. All equipment for all sports are provided on the property in a sports shed beside the tennis courts.The grass tennis court can be transformed into a volleyball, badminton, or soccer area.

Failla Villa is in a great secluded location, but not too far from San Diego's best attractions for guests to visit during their stay. If you’re visiting with children, Wild Animal Safari, San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Disneyland are all nearby. Coronado Island, La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Shores are all great beaches under an hour from the property.
