Chalet Bellevue is a quiet private residence ideally situated in the Morel/1600 area of Méribel. This recently renovated sunny, spacious and luxurious property is perfectly positioned for easy access to the ski slopes via the free Morel chair lift (three minutes walk away). You can ski back virtually to the door via the Morel Piste.

It's an ideal location with two ski hire shops, four restaurants/bars, sports physio and massage, and a small local supermarket with a great selection of fresh produce. It's also on the free bus route and a 10-minute walk to the centre of town.

The apartment is spacious and extremely luxurious, consisting of five bedrooms sleeping ten people.

The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. This room leads onto a sunny south-facing terrace with stunning views of La Saulire mountain and the pistes of Tougnette. There is also a small east-facing balcony.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an ensuite shower room and an east-facing balcony to catch the morning sunshine. This can be made up as a double for adults.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room that can sleep two children in two twin beds and has its own private bathroom next door and an east-facing balcony.

Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom ensuite.

Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom ensuite.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a Miele coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and plenty of crockery and cutlery for entertaining. There is a kitchen bar with stools for breakfast and an open-plan dining room with seating for 12 people comfortably, and a large west-facing terrace with wonderful views of Le Raffort.

The sitting room has an open log fireplace and opens up to a vast south-facing terrace. It features a large TV with Sky satellite and hundreds of DVDs.

There is also a guest toilet, coat cupboard, and washer/dryer.

The lift takes you to the basement, where there is a place for skis and two private parking spaces that are undercover.

This property is in the best position in Méribel. Les Trois Vallees is considered to be the biggest skiing area in the world, with over 600km of interconnected ski slopes and 180 fast, modern ski lifts in the resorts of Courchevel, Les Manures, Val Thorens, St, Martin de Belleville, and Orelle.

The Méribel Valley is one of the most popular destinations consisting of picture-postcard chalets and chalet-style apartments. Méribel has retained all the charm of a traditional mountain village with its wood and stone buildings and forest setting. It's the largest of several villages in the valley and is home to the main shopping area and a great selection of restaurants and bars.
