Absolutely Best Service!

Absolutely one of our favorite stays in Utah, service is impeccable, short walking distance to activities, bike rentals, hiking and more. Excellent breakfast options every morning, and staff went above and beyond for our family traveling with little ones! (And ice cream and homemade cookie surprise one night!) Peter and all the staff at the front desk at the residences were so thorough with their recommendations and following up with every dinner reservation, we felt like royalty. Highly highly recommend! Oh, and if you’re traveling with kids, it’s absolute heaven, a huge game room for teens, as well as a toddler room full of the best toys ever! Thanks for our wonderful stay!”

Great week at the Chateaux!

We had an amazing stay at the Chateaux! The hotel is beautiful and the accommodations were amazing. The staff at the Chateaux goes above and beyond to make your stay special. They ordered a cake and got balloons for my daughter's birthday, in addition to many other special requests that they were able to fulfill. The shuttle to and from the airport and into Park City made everything really convenient. The hotel is a short walk from the ski lift and the overnight ski storage at the lifts made it an easy walk to and from the mountain every day. My kids also loved the game room and the complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious. We really hope to make it back some time soon. Thanks for a great stay!”

Great Place in Deer Valley

First class furnishings and wonderful, attentive staff made this stay memorable during Covid. Except for breakfast we only ate out twice and the rest of the time we cooked delicious meals in the top quality kitchen. Complimentary Daily breakfast at the Chateaux restaurant started off every day wonderfully. They chauffeur you into town in a new Lincoln and parking at the Chateaux is underground and handy. ”

Great week with friends

We had a great week skiing at Deer Valley. We got lucky with the weather as the snow was good and the sun was shining every day. Our 4 bedroom apartment was on the ground floor but had a nice outlook. The apartment is huge and perfect for 4 couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom and no "bad" room or "kids room" The Chateaux is in a great location at Silver Lake which is mid mountain. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts, airport transfers and free shuttle service made everything easy. They even picked up our groceries for us which we ordered online before we arrived. I hope we can go back some day. ”

Amazing!

The Chateaux was amazing. We stayed over the holidays and the staff arranged for a Christmas tree, lights and garland. Deer Valley is one of our favorite places and the Chateaux makes it even that more special. It isn’t a true ski in ski out but very close as it’s just across the parking lot. Each evening the staff brings in a new treat which the kids loved. There are 2 game rooms and a large living room area which is a great place to hang out after skiing. We will definitely be back!”

Extraordinary service — made us feel like part of the family

Unit was spacious and lovely; three to four minute walk to lifts. Fireplaces in living room and grand master bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, jetted tubs in two of the bathrooms. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Amenities are outstanding, including local transportation, planned activities and use of loaner car. Would definitely return.”

Chateaux Residences were Awesome again.

This is our second stay at the Residences. Beautiful well appointed apartment. We were in the penthouse with vaulted ceilings and great views of the ski mountains. Staff is great attends to every detail. We'll be back again!”

Loved the Residences at the Chateaux!

We had a wonderful stay at the Residences at the Chateaux!! The staff was amazing. We were chauffeured around town like royalty. A delicious hot breakfast was served every day and we were treated to yummy freshly-made surprises by the staff. The unit itself was very spacious and the beds and amenities were excellent. The location is perfect - right across from the Silver Lake ski village with easy access to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops. It is also only a short ride from Park City. We can't wait to return next year!”

Amazing Ski Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing Spring Break ski vacation in Deer Valley/Park City in large part due to the fabulous staff and accommodations at The Residences at the Chateaux. The rooms were plush, but with a homey feel. The morning buffet-style breakfasts were great! The staff was the best, from the concierge, bellmen and drivers to the housekeepers and breakfast room personnel. They made us feel so welcome and were extremely accommodating. I didn't think there were many places that could rival the accommodations and service of the Ritz Carlton Destination Club, but this place sure does!”

Park City 4th

Despite having a chaotic group with young children, the staff of The Chateaux were patient, kind and genuine. While I attempted to pick up during our daily housekeeping service, one staff politely asked to stop, and assured me he would take care of everything. Concierge team offered wonderful recommendations, fulfilled requests in a timely manner and were always readily available. Residence condition was pristine. That each of the bedrooms had a master 'feel', lends beautifully to hosting family or friends. Mid mountain views were fantastic. ”

Amazing vacation....

The Residences at the Chateaux is simply amazing, there is nothing that you could ask that they haven't already thought about to make your stay more enjoyable. The service is out of the ordinary, they are always available for you. We were traveling with 2 babies and they had cribs, high chairs, strollers and everything ready and set up for the kids. The location is perfect, just get out of your apartment, walk 100 yards and you are at the middle of the deer valley mountain. I hope to come back next year, we had an amazing vacation at an awesome property. ”

Great stay and excellent service!

We loved visiting this property for the week! The service was excellent...maid service cleaned twice a day and the concierge was available to drive you anywhere/anytime. Made it very convenient for skiing. The place was spacious and well stocked with a great layout for several families. It even had a kid's play area downstairs and having a hot breakfast included everyday was a big positive! While Deer Valley/this Chateau accommodate children, we did have several neighbors complain that they heard the pitter/patter of feet above them and didn't appreciate the "noise" at breakfast (we had 4 kids ages 4-7 there). This place may be better suited for older children. I would definitely go back here again!”
