The smooth hardwood floors offer a calming sense of rusticity that pairs wonderfully with the otherwise elegant décor.

The living room extends directly into the gourmet kitchen, adorned with gleaming quartz countertops and a generously sized island that’s perfect for preparing large meals. The combination of stainless steel appliances and Cambria quartz countertops creates an ambiance reminiscent of a five-star restaurant, elegant and refined. The elevator sits just off the kitchen area, making it easy for those staying on the upper levels to head to bed after dinner.

With nine bedrooms spaced evenly throughout the home, there’s plenty of space for everyone to have their private nightly retreat. Six bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one has a queen, and then there are two combination rooms with stand alone beds and bunks. All bedding is positively lush, with crisp linens and snug duvets that will soothe your senses. Before bed, the kids will love using the media room on the third floor for a movie night, while the adults enjoy a beverage and a game of pool.

Born to Sun boasts one of the largest private pools in the Frangista Beach community, big enough for everyone to refresh and splash around. The attached spa offers built-in seating for eight. The pool makes it easy to enjoy tropical cocktails without getting out of the water – just head to the swim-up underwater bar and relax! This is the perfect vantage point for the 60-inch television located in the state of the art outdoor kitchen. The summer kitchen features two gas grills, so fire up the barbecue and invite your friends over for a delicious cookout. As the sun goes down, the fire pit is great for gathering with friends and family to roast marshmallows as the day winds to a close.
