Furnished with upscale pieces and offering more than enough seating for everyone, this will be where you gather in the evenings, whether it’s for a movie night or to sip on a nightcap and reminisce on the day.

Near the living room sits the fully-furnished gourmet kitchen, outfitted with modern appliances and stunning custom wood cabinets. This roomy and well-designed space features a large island for food preparation and plenty of cookware and cutlery, meeting all of your culinary needs! When the master chef of the group is done in the kitchen, gather around the over-sized dining table to enjoy dinner together.

On the second floor, you’ll find two spacious king suites with private bathrooms. The second king suite also has a custom set of twin bunks. In addition to these two suites, you’ll also find a charming bunk room with three separate bunk beds – perfect for kids with it's own private bath! On the third floor, a long hallway connects five more suites together all with their own bathroom. The first two king suites feature a set of twin bunks and each has its own private bath. Each king suite on this floor is decorated in warm, soothing colors and have plenty of windows, allowing for the Florida sunshine to bathe each room in a natural glow.

One of the many perks of this beach villa comes in the form of the gorgeous swimming pool, featuring LED lighting, water features, and a spacious overflow spa. The large pool also has a shallow island that’s perfect for little ones. On the pool deck, the grill master of the group will love taking advantage of the outdoor summer kitchen, complete with a natural gas grill, a mini fridges, and a stand-alone icemaker. As the sun sinks low in the sky, catch the big game or one of your favorite TV shows on the large outdoor flat screen.
