Casa Pacifico is a private ocean-side retreat only 30 minutes North of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It is situated on a bluff 200 feet from the ocean with spectacular views and easy access to the beach. This is one of Punta del Burro's newest homes.

Casa Pacifico was designed by Ruben Alvarez Ibarra and Enrique Garcia Alvarez who are well known in Puerto Vallarta for the quality and sensitivity of their sea-side home designs. The Builder, Juan Pablo Stone, and his construction team executed the design with careful attention to quality and function.

Casa Pacifico is a modern, 3 level, Vallarta Style home impeccably designed to take advantage of the extraordinary views of the ocean and mountains of the Bahia de Bandares as well as the ocean breezes. Enjoy the sun set over the Las Marietas islands every evening. It affords family and friends a warm, private and comfortable place to enjoy. Each bedroom suite is a private retreat. The Terraces and living spaces have a variety of wonderful gathering places. You can choose shade or sun and a variety of views. You can choose to be social or pick a private spot to read and nap.

Three master suites with King sized beds and two bedrooms with twin double beds.

Each bedroom features wrought iron beds, seating areas and private marble and tile baths with dressing area and well appointed closets. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have an individual private terrace.

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and quiet automated mini-split air-conditioning systems; they are equipped with wide folding doors that open the entire home to the outdoors.

A light and airy great room contains nicely appointed living and dining spaces. A beautifully furnished outdoor Palapa serves as a second living room. A 52.5 foot-long infinity pool accommodates pleasure or lap swimmers. The entrance garden contains a reflecting pool and fountain.

The large garden at the side of the house is planted with a mixture of tall palms, fruit trees, bougainvillea and other tropical flowers. There is a convenient, easy, walking path directly to the beach.

State of the art telephone, satellite TV, stereo system and internet permit enable you to stay in touch (if you want to).

There is a modern kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances available for your use.

The Punta del Burro beach is quiet and used primarily by the residents of the community.

The staff live at Casa Pacifico in a private apartment and are present to attend to your comfort and to maintain the house and gardens. Housekeeping services included and provided 6 days per week at no additional charge.

Nearby Mexican Villages such as Sayulita, Las Penitas Market, La Cruz (Tacos on the Street), Beach bars, Four Seasons and St. Regis day passes are possible, if you are interested.

Casa Pacifico is a family home. It is warm and comfortable and a great place for families or groups of adults. You sleep at night with the sound of the surf and the breezes off the ocean.
