Our villa is located in Las Colinas, part of the luxurious Puerta Cortés Resort, just a few minutes' drive from downtown. The Los Colinas residences are situated around a hillside overlooking holes 8-11 of the exclusive Gary Player Signature Golf Course, the Bay, the city of La Paz, the desert, and the Marina at CostaBaja.

Each residence is designed with special attention to detail, incorporating Baja-inspired homes with natural and eco-friendly materials. Las Colinas homes create the perfect fusion of rustic, warm décor and contemporary luxury.

Beautifully decorated with Mexican art, this one-story villa features a massive balcony where you can enjoy amazing Sea of Cortez views and al fresco dinning, three bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom (king, two queens and queen) comfortably sleeping eight people. It offers a spacious living room with a smart TV, a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen and a bar.

“Las Colinas”, where the house is located, has its own private pool located just a 5 minutes walk from the villa. The Ocean view from there is spectacular!!

Free use of 6 person private golf cart at house . You can move within the resort areas by golf cart (use not allowed inside the golf course), however, we recommend you to have a rental car for moving in the city, main beaches and tourist attractions.

Puerta Cortés Golf Club is the first Gary Player Signature golf course in all of Mexico. The city of La Paz:

The capital of Baja California Sur, La Paz, is secluded on the peninsula's east coast, with a population of 250,000.
