March 2024A lovely from which to experience La Paz!!
My brother, sister-in-law and I stayed at Las Colinas in order to fully experience the BCS’s capital, La Paz. The location was perfect. La Paz is a busy city yet in Las Colinas the days & evenings were wonderfully quiet. The location couldn’t have been better for all the Sea of Cortez activities we enjoyed. The house has a very large primary bedroom with 2 additional bedrooms that are comfortable & well appointed. There is a lovely outdoor deck with full dining table & very comfortable sitting area. It was clear that Carlos takes pride in ownership as the house was very nicely decorated & had everything we could possible need. The community swimming pool is stunning. It’s perfect for a good swim & a cool down from the sun. To top it off Carlos couldn’t have been a better host. He helped us book adventures with good & reputable outfitters. He was a wealth of information for all the great places to eat in La Paz. You couldn’t hope for a more gracious host. We all 3 enjoyed our stay Thank you Carlos for creating such a memorable experience for all of us. ”

March 2023Nice stay in Las Colinas
We didn’t know La Paz and after travelling the Baja Peninsula Sur we fell in love. The house is nicely located in the Las Colinas complex, and close enough to the down town of La Paz. Carlos and Paulina were great hosts and were quick to address the little issue that we had with the 6 persons cart that had no lights. Carlos rented one for us, thank you. I was surprised at first by not finding a dishwasher in the kitchen, we do enjoy having our fruit and breakfasts at home in the morning and always managed to create a good amount of dirty dishes but with the help of everyone it was a quick fix and Carlos provided one cleaning service during half way through our stay and we were grateful. There is a lot to do in La Paz and its surroundings and our hosts had great suggestions, it will deserve another visit. ”

March 2022Great stay at Las Colinas!
Beautiful home in beautiful location. Villa is located within the Las Colinas complex, so we were able to access restaurants, coffee shops, market, and beach club with the provided golf cart. We spent a lot of time at the beaches within short driving distance and then often finished the day sitting by the pool at the beach club to watch the sunset. Walking along the Malecon in La Paz (just a short drive from the villa) was a great way to send an afternoon - great restaurants and shopping. Carlos and Paulina were wonderful hosts - they gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tours in the area. On the boat tour that Paulina recommended, we were able to snorkel with sea lions, boat with a pod of dolphins, and visit secluded beaches. Overall, a great stay - we really enjoyed ourselves in La Paz.”
