GORGEOUS home on the most PICTURESQUE Street!

We had the most amazing time at this home and with the other family we stayed with. From the moment we drove onto the street, we were in awe of how gorgeous the trees and the home were. Our kids screamed with excitement when they saw the tree house and the zipline! One comment would be to take vitamin B or bring bug spray for the mosquitos - there were a ton off the lake and in grass areas. The home itself has literally everything you could ask for. The owners were so sweet and communicative and were kind enough to loan us their amazing housekeeper to clean during our stay and to babysit our kids so we could have a night out. Saul from MiPaella cooked us the most wonderful Father's Day dinner - the whole experience was incredible. We mainly spent our mornings with the kids playing with all of the toys in the KIDS ROOM ONLY room and swimming in the most beautiful pool that is connected through another outside door. We spent most of our early afternoons to evenings either jumping off the two story dock (this is located on the other side of the street and down to the left a little) and we rented a surf boat with a captain that we used every other day to wake surf and tube from. The lake was absolutely gorgeous and the kids loved just swimming in random areas - some of which had rope swings! This house literally has ping pong, TV room, kids play room with all the toys and huge bedrooms. We slept 8 very comfortably. Overall, we had the best trip and would love to come back again!”

Super fantastic Lake House with Dock!!!

Mustard Seed is a beautiful house and the owner is beyond helpful. Lori made our stay so special by sending us so many pre-plan contacts to a City that we had little knowledge. We had a private Paella nite with all our adult kids. We rented boats, jet skis, and had private dock pick up. The outdoor pool area is well done and shaded which was perfect for our small children. There was a comfortable dining area for adults to eat and visit. The Master bedroom and bath were spacious and on the ground level. We added Maria to cook with us and it was delicious and she was delightful. I would highly recommend this unique home for its location, style and most of all friendly owner assistance. A beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, Mustard Seed is conveniently located to enjoy Austin, and also perfectly situated to escape from the city. Sunsets on the dock at the lake were especially pleasant. Maria was lovely and helpful. We had a wonderful time! The week passed too quickly.”

Wonderful Stay at Mustard Seed

Our family had a wonderful stay last week at this beautiful property. The amenities were amazing and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The home is spacious and luxurious with ample room for our group of 6. The boathouse on Lake Austin is a great place to hang out and enjoy the water. At the host's suggestion, we had a fabulous paella dinner at the boathouse prepared for us by Chef Homero. Overall 5 star experience at this great home! ”

Perfect Austin Getaway!

My family really enjoyed our week at Mustard Seed. Lori and Daniel were responsive and helpful before our visit, making arrival easy and giving lots of recommendations for things to do. Once we arrived, everything was perfect. Great house, great neighborhood, and great private dock on the water just a short walk down the street. Easy drive (or Uber) to all the Austin hot spots. Be sure to follow Lori's recommendation to schedule a private boat ride around Lake Austin. They will pick you up at the private dock! Very cool way to spend an afternoon. Thanks for a great trip.
