Snowmass Ski-in/Ski-Out

This is a lovely home in quiet area above Snowmass Village. The location is top notch! The home has a rustic interior, more like an upscale European mountain cabin. Every bed was top quality, making for a great night's sleep for everyone in our party. The bathrooms have been renovated and the main floor and upper level bedrooms are updated. The owner expects to renovate the main level kitchen and dining room next year and will be installing hardwood floring. These rooms, however, are perfectly functional at present. The living room tile or hardwood flooring has been removed and the owner has covered it with a too large throw rug which made it difficult to use the smaller balcony off of the living room as the rug had been rolled up behind the couch. I expect the owner will be replacing that flooring and this rug is temporary. The basement is quite a large space and has an old kitchen which is, again, functional. The layout of the basement is great for a family with children as the queen bed is separate from the twin beds, with a couch, coffee table, television between the two spaces. ”
