Nice Trip

The location of the apartment was very nice. Easy access to various subways and only 4 blocks from central park. The only negative thing I would mention is that this isn't a 2nd home, which means all of the owner's things are everywhere and we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. There literally wasn't any place to put anything and I just think that should be mentioned in the listing so future guests know what they will be getting (we didn't find out until after we booked it via an email). I'd also mention that the Manhattan Club is no more than a place for owners to get together (a clubhouse area) versus being some sort of a cool extra amenity and the workout facility is now just available to owners (not guests) so i just had to find a gym nearby and pay for a weekly pass. These are little things but again, i think should be mentioned as it's a bit misleading from the property description as it sounds like the spa, workout room and Manhattan Club are great extra amenities when there really isn't much there. That said, overall it was a nice place, in a very nice building and a great location, and we very much enjoyed our stay. I hope this helps future guests. ”

Hustle & Bustle of NYC

If you enjoy Manhatten's hustle & bustle, as I do, then this place is an ideal place to stay. It is very conveniently located in mid-town and has very courteous concierge, It's close to restaurants and all amenities, I also made good use of the gym within the complex. I'd be happy to stay there again if I return to NYC.”

Posh NYC Apartment Stay

This apartment is very nice, in a nice building and great location. However we did find it uncomfortable due to the amount of the owner's stuff that was everywhere. There wasn't space to put our own things due to coffee tables and nightstands covered with knick-knacks, and stuffed closets. It was clear that these owners live here full time, and I understand space is a premium in NYC, but we felt we were in "their space". I guess we just prefer someplace more de-personalized and uncluttered. (This stay occurred over week of July 2-9, 2016)”

Fantastic Manhattan Apartment

This was the best surprise we had ever had on third home the apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful building with magnificent views and finished to the highest possible standards. Beautiful furniture, beautiful glass work, and very close to the very best restaurants are in walking distance and all the museums and everything that one goes to NYC for. Correspondence with the owner has been very easy with excellent recommendations of great places in the neighborhood and we hope to return many times in the future. ”

wonderful Posh NYC apartment

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is great, 5 blocks from Central Park, the space is really nice, confortable, clean, modern, with lots of light. The building personnel were really nice, and we were very lucky with the weather because it was very nice. I had contact with the owner several times and she was always helpful, and generous with her home. It could not have been better. We would love to go back and spend another unforgettable week at the Manhattan House Apartment.”
