Waterfront Intracoastal 70's Hip Pad with Pool

This is a fun, funky, unique house. The Brady Bunch would be jealous of these digs! Located riverfront, this 70's home offers an intercostal Florida getaway without the big crowds while still enjoying the waterfront lifestyle. Meticulously decorated and outfitted in retro-chic, the newly remodeled interior offers a throwback feel. With the beach only two miles away, guests will enjoy proximity to endless watersports, waterfront dining, and shopping.

Enter to exposed high beam ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and open space to enjoy one another's company. The living room peers out over the screened-in pool and lanai on the river while you relax on the plush sectional sofa. Behind that, you will find the pool table, as the entire space is set up for gathering and family fun.

From there, step up to the kitchen with sleek hardwood floors, wood-paneled accents, an eat-in table, and bar seating. The cooks in the family will find everything they need for an ambitious spread. Enjoy a beverage at the bar or allow the rest of the family to help prep on the granite countertops. Eat meals at the retro dining table (or enlist the extra vintage dining tables) and have evening cocktails while lounging.

There are three charming bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two were built in the 50's and retain their beautiful vintage tile. The primary bedroom offers a king-size sleigh bed, large television, and private entrance onto the lanai. The bathroom is pure 70's funk with an eclectic spin. The second two bedrooms each have a queen bed.

A huge second-story loft serves as the fourth bedroom and features two triple twin bunk beds, a TV/lounge area, and incredible views of the river. There's plenty of room for the kids to enjoy upstairs while the adults relax or enjoy the billiard room downstairs. Please note that the stairs are steep and best for children over 8. There is not a bathroom in the loft but there's a 4th bathroom on the lanai.

Take advantage of the wonderful amenities at your disposal! Enjoy the private pool, sauna and lounge seating. Head out to the dock to view marine life or catch a sunset. Relax in the sauna after a jog or day exploring the area and local beaches. Ormond Beach is known for its small-town charm, scenic beaches, and variety of natural, cultural, and historical attractions.

Prepare to get plenty of relaxation and excitement all in one trip!

Other things to note: The house and the property is yours to enjoy, but the pool house and garage are off limits.

The pool house somewhat blocks the view from the main house. The best views are from the loft or upstairs TV room or best on the expansive deck facing the river. Grab a cocktail and watch Mother Nature create a vivid color palette in the sky on the deck or dock.

Keep in mind that sound travels on the water. Enjoy yourself but be mindful that we have great neighbors and they love their quiet!
