Pleasant Aspen visit

This property "grew on us" after settling-in for several days. Our stay was enjoyable, but this is a lower-tier property in terms of quality as compared with others we are more accustomed to on the Third Home program and thus the reason for our lower star rating. Location and free underground parking in downtown Aspen are the #1 reasons for staying here. It is right in the heart of the pedestrian shopping and restaurant district. Free daily maid service is provided which was a nice surprise. That being said, you should still be aware of the following, which we got accustomed to, but should be known: you will need to daily climb 4 full flights of stairs from this unit to the garage (no elevator). There is no a/c provided, and there is only one sliding glass door which can be opened to provide air circulation in hot months (no windows). A mini-kitchenette only is provided, but tons of restaurants are on same block, or within one block. A hot tub is advertised but has been removed. We very much enjoyed our stay, but this was more akin to a hotel experience than a private condo or home. It is somewhat dated in appearance but unit was overall clean and comfortable for two persons”
