Explore the Avila Beach Pier; stroll the Promenade dotted with dining, shopping and seasonal farmers marketplace; take a docent-led historical hike to the Point San Luis Lighthouse and see its Harbor; learn about ocean habitat at the Central Coast Aquarium; walk through apple orchards for tasting and picking when in season; encounter whales on a zodiac exploration; bicycle the scenic coves and streets; and soak your worries away in the natural hot springs!

Escape into a striking beach-chic modern ambiance within Cobbo's Beach House, conveniently located in downtown Avila Beach and only steps to the beach. With spectacular ocean, mountain and golf course views, the residence showcases a custom luxury contemporary design that encompasses 6484-sq ft of combined indoor-outdoor spaces on three levels, a large rooftop deck, an elevator with access from the basement up to the top, dual cantilevered balconies, multi-purpose entertaining spaces and a large front yard with two corn hole sets and a firepit seating area. Gather and relax in the lovely all-white open-floor concept with its living areas that are outfitted with maximum entertainment in mind starting with two multipurpose rooms - a small theater room with surround-sound and gaming seating, along with a family den that offers additional sleeping accommodations if needed via its unique cabinetry-hideaway system.

Cook and entertain in the high-end fully-stocked Kitchen that is every chef's dream, with its six-burner 48" range that has a built-in griddle and double oven, two dishwashers and a huge island. The Great Room showcases a full bar next to the kitchen with a pass-through window to the balcony for easy serving. Guests can enjoy easy access between indoor and outdoor spaces via the 14-ft collapsible door between the Great Room and top balcony, along with multiple outdoor entertaining spaces including two outdoor kitchen areas - one on the main balcony for BBQ get-togethers, and the other on the rooftop that is designed specifically for cocktail hours and sunsets. The rooftop lounge also offers cushy seating around a fire pit to enjoy your favorite glass of wine or cocktail by and makes for a fantastic spot to dine al fresco with traditional dining seating. Mix up crafted cocktails in a dedicated whiskey and wine room with heavy iron door entry with a crafted interior of reclaimed wood and brick.

Relax and unwind with two hot tub areas that provide ample seating for up to seven people each, while offering amazing ocean and golf-course views. Guests also can enjoy an in-residence fully outfitted gym with state-of-the-art Hydrow rowing machine, a Peloton stationary bike, weight equipment and a 65" monitor to follow interactive peloton instructors for yoga, stretching, strength, cardio and core exercise routines. Themed rooms throughout the residence showcase large painted mural walls mimicking the charm of Avila Beach. Slumber within any of the resident's six magnificent bedrooms, choosing from three Master Suites and three other luxury bedrooms all with varying sizes of bedding ranging from King to Queen options.

Additional entertainment and luxurious residential amenities include an outdoor pool table, ping pong, cornhole area with two sets, voice controlled speakers throughout the inside of the house to enjoy music wherever you go; lighting and shading as needed throughout the home; Dell computer station with printer-copier-scanner to work efficiently while away; recessed in-ceiling heaters on both balconies to stay warm outside; ceiling fans in all rooms; central heating and air cooling throughout; Large Samsung SmartTVs throughout the home; portable JBL speakers to take outside and to the beach; superfast WiFi along with many board games. The garage offers four beach-cruiser bikes, four helmets, two paddle boards, two kayaks, four life vests, beach chairs and umbrellas, two sun canopies and much more!

For convenience, guests have use of washer and dryers on all three floors, along with access to the private three-car garage for use during stay that provides ample parking. The residence is also wheelchair accessible to the main entertaining areas of the house, and one of the master bedrooms has been built-out to accommodate guests with wheelchair needs, however the toilet area does not have handrails and the shower does not have handrails or a seat. The house is wheelchair accessible, but not handicap ADA approved. There are three electric car chargers and a 6-passenger LSV golf cart to go back and forth to the beach, shops and restaurants in downtown Avila.
