The Trails
This is a beautiful, newer, very large single family home on a two and a half acres that offers seclusion and amazing views. You will enjoy the fireplace in the great room, and the in-home movie theater! But the best way to evaluate a decision to stay here, is hear what past guests have said.
"Ten of us, ages 18 mos. to 63 years, enjoyed this home. We were incredibly delighted to find the home is HUGE as well as beautiful and spotless! The photos do a good job of showing the rooms, but I don't think any photos can do justice to the open living spaces with soaring ceilings. With two young toddlers, it was a blessing to have that much space. And the welcome gift on the counter was such a warm and thoughtful welcome, too.
The views were awesome, and we had a fire going in the large, wood burning fireplace most of our waking hours when we were in the house; there was more than enough stacked wood in the garage.
Everyone was able to do whatever they wanted with everything so close -- skiing/snowboarding, tubing, riding the free lift for fun to the resort for hot chocolate, playing in the snow, walking in the neighborhood, watching tv/dvd's in the large media room, playing games from the game closet, and shopping in Park City. The location was perfect for people with little kids who are not enamored of driving a long time from the airport but want to be able to be in the mountains. (However, the toddlers WERE fascinated by taking a bath in the big tub with lights AND the "super sucker" in the kitchen.)
We found the bedrooms very comfortable, with plenty of sheets and blankets. It was so good to be able to have a separate room for each of the toddlers. Since a pack 'n play and highchair are already in the house, we only had to rent a crib and toddler seat, which were promptly delivered after we arrived and promptly picked up before we left.
The large kitchen had everything needed to easily prepare complete meals, which we did. We went shopping at the nearby Walmart the day we arrived and did a huge grocery shopping for the week. The pantry was also loaded with staples we could use."
