Salt and Light Beach House

This newly remodeled multilevel beachfront home sits directly on the soft, sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. With over 3000 square feet and five bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 18 adults and is ideal for two or three families.

The front door to this coastal abode opens to a bright entryway with stairs on either side. The right staircase will lead you to the main living area, which offers thoughtfully chosen soft furnishings and a clean aesthetic. Natural light pours through the space from large picturesque windows, while soft tones carry the room. Stretch out on one of the sofas by the flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, or take to one of the playful swivel chairs. The open floor plan includes a dining area for six and a wet bar for mai tais, mojitos, and more. The expansive space also features a gallery-style kitchen with a crisp, white interior and textured lighting fixtures that complement the 15-foot island breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, guests will find two bedrooms that share a bath, one with a king bed and the other with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds.

The staircase left of the entryway brings you to a spacious master suite complete with its own wet bar and kitchenette with Keurig. Here, guests can choose from the king bed or queen sofa sleeper. The ensuite bath offers a double vanity and a large walk-in shower with mosaic tiles. This room has a beautiful Gulf-front view and opens onto a private deck with an outdoor daybed. Go back out into the hall and up a few steps, and there is a cute nautical loft area with two twin beds with two twin trundles, perfect for the kids. On the second level of the home, the owner recently added a Gulf front master bedroom that carries out the clean and modern coastal design with fresh white linens, a shiplap headboard for the king bed, and an ensuite bath and additional full bath with textured cabinets.

The Gulf side deck is large and open, great for sunsets and grilling on the gas grill. Below the master suite deck is another covered deck with a daybed and steps to the pristine sandy beach. All of the Gulf-front decks provide options for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade with plenty of luxury outdoor seating options, including hammocks, swings, chaise lounges, and outdoor daybeds. Curl up with a book in the shade or share a cocktail at the table as you listen to the surf. There is also a two-car garage with plenty of storage for floats, bikes, and other beach gear.
