Waterfront Paradise in Tiburon
Waterfront Paradise in Tiburon
Situated on a private drive, this contemporary hillside home has multiple decks flaunting panoramic, 180-degree views of San Francisco Bay looking north towards Napa hills. The house is approximately 4200 square feet and beautifully appointed with a great layout and high ceilings. The property includes a 370 square foot lower-level apartment with a separate entrance for a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The extravagances of this incredible property couldn't be limited to one floor, which is why you'll find luxurious living spaces spread out over three levels. The main (middle) level is well-appointed, with attractive furnishings in each room, and opens to a redwood wrap-around deck facing the water, accessed through multiple french doors. There is a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and a large studio with 12' beamed high ceilings, a second fireplace, and an informal dining area. A modern kitchen with skylights and top-of-the-line appliances awaits the master chef. There is a formal dining room with plenty of natural light that opens out to the deck with plenty of seating for outdoor dining and a hot tub for relaxing.
The marvelous top-floor master suite has 13' cathedral beamed ceilings, a king-size bed with an elaborate, mirrored headboard, and an adjacent private master suite. The suite includes his & hers bathrooms, a sitting room with a fireplace, and a deck off of the master with arguably some of the best views of the water in the entire house. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, each with decks and water views. The first has a four-post queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen-size sleigh bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed—the latter two share a bathroom.
The lower-level apartment is an excellent spot for in-laws or for those who enjoy having their own space. It comes complete with a 15' x 15' living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed.
When you're not soaking in the hot tub or soaking up the views, there are three incredible parks nearby, including Blackie's Pasture, McKegney Field, and Richardson Bay Park. A quick 15-minute drive will lead you to the 746-foot tall towers of the Golden Gate Bridge. Taste Sicilian seafood at Luna Blu or satisfy your sweet tooth at Sweet Things Bakery. There's so much to see and do in Tiburon, making for a worthwhile vacation!

While we realize it is great to have an opportunity to stay near the wine country in a greater San Francisco Bay Area, this house is older and could use a repair man and certainly a thorough professional cleaning inside and out before it is offered as a vacation spot.”

The home was perfect for our family vacation. All the beds were comfortable and the house location was perfect for us. Such an amazingly cozy and welcoming home and the hosts left great instructions to the home. We would love to come back again!”

Wonderful home. Great location, beautiful views. Michael and Stacy are great hosts, helpful. Gave us suggestions and info about Tiburon and its sorroundings. We especially enjoyed the open terrace and jacuzzi.”
