The ’show stopping’ grounds were created by Julian and Isabel Bannerman – Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal Winners and the designers of the world renown gardens at Highgrove – who have created a quite whimsical English country garden - Houghton House and the British 9/11 Memorial Garden in New York. The Lost Orangery not only has its own private roof terrace overlooking the estate, but the owners want guests to enjoy their entire estate; from the Folly Mound to the tennis court and boating pond.

The living space consists of one stunning open plan space with a central long dining table by the grotto like fountain and with two separate seating areas at either end, in addition to the cosy stations in-between. Although the well-equipped kitchen is not large, it is ample and allows guests to easily prepare any sort of meal with all the modern appliances including electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, even a washing machine and a dryer.

All the details of this pet-friendly property contribute to making the two bedrooms of this exclusive cottage as cosy as possible. Featuring showers in each bathroom, the two bedrooms have comfortable king-sized antique four poster beds and open to furnished patios.
