This luxury three-bedroom villa is located in the Rocks Luxury Residence Club—a private and exclusive gated community in the prestigious resort town of Scottsdale, Arizona. Resting on approximately 22 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert, the Rocks offers dramatic views of Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain, Four Peaks, and the McDowell Mountains.

The Rocks Residence Club, managed by Troon Golf, offers guests a luxury service experience. When you stay at the sensational Saguaro Villa, you have access to a myriad of on-site amenities, including the Clubhouse spa, fitness center, billiards room, sunrise/sunset terrace, lap pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, bar, lounge, poolside food and beverage service and an array of golf and concierge services.

Internationally renowned architect, Bing Hu, designed the richly appointed 2920 square foot Saguaro Villa, which offers two large master suites, each with king-size beds and luxurious baths with large stone showers and/or deep jetted soaking tubs, and a separate guest bedroom with two twin beds and its own private bathroom. The villa is fully furnished with an exquisite hacienda-style furniture motif, high ceilings, gracefully arched doorways, and a warm, inviting décor.

The villa’s lounging terrace features its own private plunge pool/hot tub, chimenea fireplace, and built-in barbeque area. The interiors are fully furnished with elegant décor, Wolf, Viking, and Sub-Zero appliances, and custom bathroom fixtures. The villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, washer and dryer, and large two-car garage.

Guests at the Rocks receive 90-day in advance tee times at all Troon Golf-managed daily fee courses in the Scottsdale-Maricopa county area. Some of these courses include: Troon North Golf Club, The Westin Kierland Golf Club, The Phoenician, Golf Club of Estrella, Poston Butte Golf Club, Quintero Golf Club, The Boulders Resort & Spa, Lookout Mountain Golf Club, Copper Canyon Golf Club, and Whirlwind Golf Club.
