Rock and Roll Paradise
Rock and Roll Paradise
Located in the heart of River West, this former Chicago Firehouse is now a luxury four-bedroom residence awaiting your arrival. The River West neighborhood is one of Chicago's best-kept secrets; it's a small but up-and-coming community with a lot to offer. Five major roads intersect the neighborhood, meaning you can stay in a peaceful residential area while still having easy access to all of the action downtown. With a Divvy bike station right around the corner and Milwaukee Avenue's "Hipster Highway" having one of the most well-protected bike lanes, you can cycle your way through the city while the tantalizing aroma of freshly made chocolate infiltrates your senses from the Bloomer Chocolate Factory just minutes away.
Rock and Roll Paradise is the epitome of spacious; it embraces nearly 4000 square feet of indoor living space across three levels and a 1500 square foot roof deck. The interior is swanky with a contemporary design that's sure to impress. You will find alluring seating options in the living room between a plush L-shaped sectional and a hanging acrylic bubble chair adjacent to the flatscreen TV. Sliding doors connected to the space open to reveal a stylish bedroom with two sets of queen bunk beds, and there is a full bathroom across the way. A second living room on the first floor provides extra space to entertain and relax with a flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace. Seat eight comfortably at the dining table whilst you serve beverages from the bar and enjoy delicious meals from the ultra-modern kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The second floor hosts two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds and the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. The beautiful master bathroom is draped in marble and features a glass wall walk-in shower.
River West flaunts a trendy atmosphere with amazing coffee shops, art galleries, and pizzerias. It places you a 10-minute drive from all of Chicago's wonders, including the Cloud Gate at Millennium Park, the 360 Chicago observation deck, and the Chicago Riverwalk. Belly laughs are sure to ensue from The Second City Theater—which launched the careers of many comedic greats, and fun will be had by all at Navy Pier with rides, food, and more!

Just an incredibly cool property and Laura is an amazing host! Very convenient for city exploration due to being a short walking distance to the closest train station. Can't recommend the property enough for great time in Chicago.”
