A pair of complementary kayaks invite you to explore Marathon by water, 4 bicycles allow you to cruise the neighborhood, and a sparkling plunge pool offers refreshment on warm days.
The home has been completely updated to a modern interior with cool upscale coastal accents & decor. The open-concept living room is drenched in sunlight and welcomes you to settle in for a movie on the 48” TV. The space pans over to a beautiful reclaimed wood table seating ten for dinner and a sleek wet bar with a wine fridge and plenty of room for fixing drinks. The kitchen features granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and picture windows overlooking the water and deck area. A family room with stylish seating and a 50” TV tops off the main living area.

This home built in 1958 but totally renovated and updated recently is very accommodating and tasteful. It is professionally managed so all is in order and very clean. The furnishings are comfortable and classy. The deck on the canal is huge and affords a great morning coffee or evening cocktail hour. The docking is expansive so we rented a boat and tied up right in front of the house. A boat in the Keys is freedom to roam and explore, snorkel, fish and scuba dive on your own. The home comes with bikes and kayaks so there is never a lack of action. The dipping pool is a refreshing way to cool down after a hot salty day. The location is central to all in Marathon Key and it’s spot on the canal is near the bay with a view so you don’t feel closed in at the back of a cramped waterway. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. There’s a gas grill and a charcoal grill. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!”

This home built in 1958 and remodeled in 2017 is a gem. Located on a water way where manatees, Tarpons and sharks roll up. We had a great week. The home is so comfortable and beautifully decorated.”

We had a great time at this beautifully decorated, well located house. The guys loved fishing off the dock, and I saw a manatee nearby while kayaking! The Seven Mile bridge is a short bike ride away, and there is a two mile old section that is now open for walking and biking. Lots of good restaurants nearby too. Beds were very comfortable.”
