Description

Historic Auburn House

Historic charm will steal your soul the minute you drive onto the property. With 34 acres of endless land to explore, you will be one with nature and peace-filled in no time at all. The curb appeal is charming and enchanting with a wraparound porch and private lake with a dock and water feature. As you walk up the stairs, you will notice plenty of seating for friends and family alike to gather outside for conversations and stained glass windows on the grand wood front doors.

Walking inside, the classical furnishings and wood-beamed ceilings will delight you. The 60-inch flatscreen television offers a modern touch to the old-world glamor. You will be pleased with everything about this home, from the light fixtures to the cozy lounge seats. Walk into the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for the family. The most outstanding feature is the farmhouse sink in front of the windows, allowing natural light to flow into the space. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the stunning dining room that seats ten comfortably or the lovely sunroom that seats four.

The bedrooms are just as magnificent as the primary living spaces. Two master suites with king-sized beds allow multiple families to stay, while three other guest bedrooms are also welcoming and luxurious. The first bedroom is a grand master with an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The second master features a seating area and has an en suite powder bathroom. The Mill Pond and Arbor Suites boast queen beds and en suites. Suite four has a queen bed and twin bed.

Aside from the adventures one can explore on the home's massive acreage, Auburn is centrally located and near the great city of Seattle, which offers many dining experiences, shopping, and outdoor attractions. You can choose to spend the day sunbathing next to the calm waters at Redondo Beach, which is just 15 minutes away from the property. Saltwater State Park, Emerald Down Racetrack, and several golf courses are near this stunning home and are just perfect for a day trip. Suppose you happen to visit Historic Auburn House on a Saturday. In that case, you will not regret visiting the iconic Pike Place Market, one of the oldest continually operated farmer's markets in the USA!

Every day of your stay will excite and calm you as the first day to make this Historic home one you may want to revisit often!
