This upscale luxury mountain home is the perfect place to retire after a long day in the great outdoors. Located ideally in a private neighborhood on Breckenridge's Peak 10. With 5,500 square feet of mountain elegance, this home was designed for entertainment and offers the highest levels of luxury, convenience, and comfort.

As you walk into the home, you will first be captivated by the spaciousness of the open floor plan and the vaulted wood beam ceilings. Natural light flows in to the living room from the high windows while giving extra warmth to the grand area. Lavish leather seating and the great stone fireplace make a great setting to cozy up with a book or a glass of wine and watch the snowfall. The flow into the outdoor lounge area allows indoor-outdoor living to be with ease. With a gas grill and a comfortable dining area, you can enjoy a meal with the cool mountain breeze.

Back inside, the gourmet kitchen houses professional chef-grade appliances granite countertops along with two sinks and two dishwashers. Enjoy a quick breakfast at one of the six counter stools before running out to hit the slopes. Gather everyone around the 12 person dining table for a formal meal with great conversation.

Beyond the kitchen is a large mudroom and laundry room with access to the two-car garage, perfect for storing seasonal gear and cleaning off before you enter the living space. A powder bathroom completes the main level of living space.

On the home's upper level, two grand master suites are outfitted with king-sized beds, flat-screen televisions, and en suites with soaker tubs and walk-in showers. The loft area at the top of the stairs offers additional space perfect for a semi-private office with a sleeper sofa.

Three remaining bedrooms are on the lower level of the home, along with the media room. Two fun bunk rooms with a shared bath offer a queen-over-queen bunk and two twin-over-twin built-in bunks. Available mid-December through April, just three doors down from Wandering Moose, is a free ski shuttle that will take riders to the slopes in minutes. Experienced skiers and riders can walk about 10 minutes to access the Burro Trail, which will connect you to Peak 9 and 10. This trail is excellent for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking, and biking during the warmer months.

Under a 10 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge, you can enjoy the charming town filled with unique boutiques, diverse dining options, great coffee shops, and more!
