Welcome to Scenic Breeze - This incredible seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home brings FUN to a new level!

When you are ready to explore the sugar sand beaches of The Gulf of Mexico, the beach access is across the street. Complimentary beach equipment, an umbrella, and a wagon are provided for you at the house.

The main house offers chic, coastal-themed decor in the cozy living room with plenty of seating for everyone. Bring your inner chef to the newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kids can grab a snack at the eat-in bar for three, while bigger groups can gather at the dining table for eight or in the attached screened-in porch area with additional seating.

On the second floor of the main house, you will find four bedrooms and three bathrooms with the following layout:

-Master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bath with shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool area and amazing views of the ocean. The balcony has an outdoor seating set with sofas, rocking chairs and two bar-sized chairs and a table set to enjoy the views.

-Queen Bedroom
-Twin over twin bunk bed and twin single

Two full bathrooms are in the hallway that the king bedroom, bunk room, and queen bedroom would share.

In the front carriage house, there are three bedrooms - one bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony and looks out on the pool with a deck and an ensuite bathroom. The second room has a king bed and amazing ocean views to wake up to every day, and the third room has a full over a twin and a trundle twin.

There is a hallway bathroom that both the king and the full over twin bedroom would share. There is also a couch in the living room, ocean views, and a small kitchenette plus a washer and dryer for your convenience in the front carriage house.

The garage area is now a lovely game room with new flooring and includes a pool table, a ping pong table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and foosball. There is also a new movie theater in the game room with 7.1 sound and leather seating and bar seating.

The main pool deck area is between the carriage house and the main house. There is a 30-foot-long pool, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and an outdoor ping pong table, and an outdoor sofa set to lounge out and enjoy the pool.

Palm trees and lush landscaping surround the pool area and are well-lit at night to provide a nice tropical feel. Don't forget the barbeque gazebo which has nighttime lighting, a full barbeque island and fridge in the back of it, and the front a countertop to sit 8-10 people and a TV to watch.

In the backyard of the main house, you will find a grassy area to play games. There will be cornhole, horseshoes, ladder toss, kan jam, and other great games. It will be an amazing area for kids and adults who like to play games.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love this property! Whether you are frolicking at the beach, hanging out with friends around the fire pit, swimming in the pool, playing a competitive game of ping pong, or riding bikes on the strand, this property has it all!
