This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. The overflow parking for this unit is a 4 minute walk from the house. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations.
