Tumbleweed Trails

Tumbleweed Trails is the perfect Incline Village getaway for small groups or couples! With four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this lovely 3,100-square-foot chalet is packed with amenities for all of you to enjoy. The home is ideally located within a ten-minute drive from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and only three miles from Burnt Cedar Beach. Best of all, national forest trails are just 500 yards away. Don't forget to bring along your four-legged friend because this home is pet friendly!

The main level is on the second floor and is full of activities. The living room is decorated with comfortable seating gathered around a fireplace and large Smart TV. Enjoy your favorite Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ specials with some hot cocoa at the end of the night. Right behind the sofa is a pool table to get some friendly competition going or show off your piano skills on the Steinway Grand Piano (please be careful and do not place any drinks on it).

The kitchen comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, slow cooker, and much more to make you feel right at home. Cook up delicious homemade meals and gather around the dining table for six. Additional seating can be found on the breakfast bar for seven. The second floor also has access to a deck furnished with a gas BBQ and private hot tub. Take a soak after a long drive up the mountains to unwind!

The main bedroom is situated on the second floor and holds a queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are downstairs, and all have queen beds. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, and there is an additional full bathroom in the hallway. A half bathroom can be found on the second floor by the dining area. A washer and dryer are available for your use as well.

Parking is available for one car in the garage and two cars on the driveway. No extra cars or street parking is permitted. No parties allowed, and no hot tub use after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10 am local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10 am. Failure to abide by our checkout policy may result in fees.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
