A 20-foot high wall of sliding glass doors brings the outdoors inside and gives you an unobstructed ocean view, even while spending time on the comfortable sectional in the spacious family/party room. Complete with a 65" 4K TV with Sonos surround sound, a satellite TV system with over 900 channels worldwide, including every city in the United States, and every sporting event you can imagine, you will be well connected. The television also allows access to on-demand movies, tv shows, and Netflix.

The main floor of this modern living house has three large bedrooms, all with king-sized beds and built-in closets with drawers and shelves for easy storage. The master and second bedrooms have modern en suite baths with luxurious rain showers. The third bedroom has a full guest bath just outside its door. All baths are complete with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bacterial hand soap & hair dryers. Linens, towels & beach towels are all provided.

The main floor is open concept living, with a chef's fully stocked kitchen, open to dining for eight, a comfortable living room area with plenty of seating for all, and yet another 65" 4K TV. The state-of-the-art house has a water filtration and softener system that provides filtered water throughout. The freezer makes its own ice for your use to pack up a cooler and bring some cold drinks with you to the beach. This spacious double-level penthouse provides two separate living spaces, convenient for families or groups of friends who would like to participate in different activities.

Miranda Condominiums is a luxury building with outstanding guest amenities that include a resort-style rooftop pool area, complete with even more panoramic ocean views, sun loungers with umbrellas, a built-in bar designed for guest's use, an outdoor shower, outdoor dining and lounging area with couches, multiple tables, and even a TV for fun while watching a sporting event outside. The main level of the exterior of the building houses unique restaurants, a coffee shop and a small convenience market & pharmacy. There is a 24-hour, fully staffed reception desk in the lobby, with a lift for luggage or wheelchairs if it's necessary to avoid stairs.

Please note:
*A concierge is available to check you in, provide advice on nearby amenities, or assist you if you encounter any problems during your stay. The owners provide refresh cleanings twice during your stay (Monday and Wednesday) and a pool cleaning (Tuesday). Guests do not need to be present for any cleanings as the concierge will accompany the service providers.

*The floors are cream marble floors throughout, even on the outdoor terrace. They are susceptible to staining via any liquid that is spilled. Rapid clean-up of any spills is essential to keep the floors stain-free. People drinking red wine need to be especially careful.

House Rules:

#1 Rule - Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere inside the condo or on the outdoor terrace as the owner will charge a $1,000 damage deposit for any evidence of smoking detected.
However, there is a smoking section located right outside the condo's door, just steps away, on the pool level of the building, covered and comfortable, with couches and tables to sit at while smoking.
