A mere 2 km from your doorstep, you'll find a convenience store for daily essentials, while a colossal Woolworths store in Somerset West caters to all your grocery needs.

The home is tastefully decorated. Sleeping 8 guests, this outstanding property is a delight for those looking for a break from the city, enjoying the countryside with style. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry area, 3 lounges, 4 dining areas, a study/library and bar area.The outdoor undercover patio leads to the pool, with plenty of sitting and sunbath areas, where you can enjoy picturesque views. The second level boasts an indoor hot tub with more seating areas.
The property has 5 fireplaces and also a BBQ facility inside the big open plan kitchen. There is also a big screen TV room on the 2nd level with a small kitchenette to make life easy. Rooms are also equipped with coffee stations. The 2 bedrooms on the upper level are extra large with very big bathrooms with both baths and showers and separate toilets. The 4th outside bedroom is spacious with a kitchenette and lounge area, a fire place as well as a bathroom.
The recently upgraded Manor House boasts an indoor braai (BBQ) facility and large entertainment area adding the option of spending time at leisure outdoors or indoors. The Manor House is well-prepared for all weather conditions, with both indoor and outdoor entertainment areas at your disposal.

Rest easy, as load shedding (power cuts) is no concern here: we have a generator that seamlessly takes over during power outages and the Manor house is also fitted with Solar panels, inverters and back up battery power. Complimentary WiFi ensures you stay connected during your stay.

Your safety is paramount, with a diligent security guard patrolling the estate from 19:00 in the evening until 07:00 in the morning. Access to the farm is strictly controlled, offering peace of mind. The housekeeper resides on the property and is available as required.The unique character and enhanced security of the estate, with many permanent residents in neighbouring villas on the property, ensures an unforgettable and authentic South African experience.
