Aqua Beachfront Villa located on Four Mile Beach Port Douglas, is an absolute beach front fully self-contained villa with the added benefit of being part of the renown luxurious Sea Temple Resort & Spa, with unrestrictive use of all its facilities.
In the finest of contemporary Balinese tradition, this very spacious self-contained two-level villa with private pool in a lush garden setting, provides a relaxed and very private environment, with full resort amenities at your door.
This is no ordinary villa and has the closest beach access within the resort. The rear garden gate opens direct onto the boardwalk, and less than a minute’s stroll through the vegetative reserve onto the sand of Four Mile Beach.
Enter the villa via it’s covered portico with water feature which extends seamlessly into the villa as you step across and enter through its large carved double doors, to the soothing sounds of water. The open plan living areas are large and spacious with high ceilings.
All living areas flow onto an expansive outdoor travertine paved terrace and tropical garden, which boasts its own private pool with water feature, and pavilion with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. This outdoor area is a private oasis with ample choice of quality seating and sunbeds to relax and soak up the sun. Well-designed mood lighting ads to the relaxed outdoor ambience and brings the tropical garden indoors to frame the garden view and softly light the interior of the villa at night.
The living area is contemporary and well provisioned including intimate dining for eight, Gaggenau kitchen including Jura coffee machine for the coffee lovers, and bar. Step down to a large well-appointed entertaining area with abundant contemporary imported Italian designer furniture, and 75” wall mounted OLED television mounted over a large Aqua ‘wave’ sculpture complimenting the colour of the pool as seen through the adjoining glass. A separate Miele laundry, powder room, and study area are located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, from the large open hallway displaying indigenous artwork, enter the master bedroom suite via its full height double doors to reveal a suite of immense proportion with large panoramic windows providing a tranquil rainforest outlook. It’s four poster king bed takes centre stage, with wrap around window seating/day bed, ensuite, and walk in robe all being part of the master suite. An oversized (‘four person’) spa within this bedroom taking in the rainforest views is a feature which compliments this romantic and very private retreat. Automatic block out remote-control blinds, and a king size Tempur mattress with cool wool quilt and king feather down pillows guarantees the perfect night’s sleep. A large ceiling concealed remote controlled drop down 55” OLED smart television, and refrigerated bar with coffee machine and mood lighting add to this decadent and very private experience. Two further king bedrooms are located on the first floor. These bedrooms are large and contemporary in style including white plantation shutters with double doors opening onto their own private balconies complete with seating. One of the King beds converts to two (2) king singles. Both bedrooms include large wall mounted smart televisions, and original artwork.
