This single-level custom-built log home is located in upper Moonridge and is a short drive to the Big Bear Mountain Ski Resort, local zoo, and golf course!

With vaulted pine ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and an oversized plush sectional sofa, this well-cared-for home will provide you and your loved ones the ultimate setting for an unforgettable family vacation. There is shuffleboard for some friend competitions before you settle in on the couch in front of the fireplace and a large flat screen TV for movie nights.

The open-concept kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, fridge/freezer combo, a toaster oven, and a convenient coffee maker for a homemade cup before hitting the slopes. The dining room offers a modern farmhouse table with ample seating for your entire group, while additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar.

You can gain backyard and upper deck access from the kitchen area and enjoy a nice wooded view in the fully fenced backyard. Hang out on the deck and grill on the propane barbecue.

The home boasts three comfortable bedrooms when you are ready to retire for the night. The master suite offers a King bed, Flatscreen TV, ample closet space, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and closet space. The third bedroom offers a Full over Full bunk, closet space, and a large Flatscreen TV with an arcade video gaming console.

Completing the home is a full restroom in the hallway and a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Please note: This home has a driveway with a downward slope. There are four steps to get to the front entrance; there are no stairs within the home. Eight steps from the upper back deck are needed to get into the backyard area.
