The first floor (ground level) features a garage with space for a car and storage for equipment. The entryway offers another storage closet as well as a washer/dryer unit tucked away for added convenience. The first guest bedroom contains one queen-sized bed and a daybed with a trundle, a full-size closet, and a private bathroom.

Make your way up to the 2nd floor, where you will find the open concept main floor with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The new hardwood floors warm the entire space with a luxurious and comforting ambiance. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, and comfortable leather seating in front of the television. Outside the family room is a private patio with a propane grill, ideal for grilling after a long day of adventure. Adjacent to the family room, you will find a beautiful wooden dining room table that seats six comfortably. Enter into the kitchen with brand new countertops and cabinetry filled with cooking essentials.

The main level also features the second bedroom, which includes a queen-size bed, a full-size closet, and a desk. A second bathroom is shared with the main floor.
