Gorgeous Cabo Country Villa

Nestled in the resort city of San Jose del Cabo on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula. San Jose del Cabo is known for its beaches, water-based activities, and nightlife. This 3000 square foot home is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and welcoming to all who enter.

The open-concept floor plan allows you to enjoy the company of your loved ones from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, a coffee maker, and a large center island with counter seating. Dine at the breakfast bar or the circular dining table with six seats. Open the large windowed doors and bask in the sun from the patio. There is an additional dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a grill. Stairs lead to the rooftop deck, where you can further appreciate al fresco living.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the three well-appointed bedrooms. Each room boasts a comfortable king-size bed with oasis-like en suites. The master suite has a charming fireplace, a television, and patio access where you can sip your morning coffee with a view. One of the suites is located in the separate Casita with a private patio.

Beautiful downtown San Jose streets are not far from home, lined with shopping, dining, and incredible nightlife options for those looking to enjoy all the entertainment Cabo offers. You are also a short 10 minute drive to 2 beautiful, farm-to-table, organic restaurants-Flora Farms and Acre.

The neighborhood was developed as an off-the-grid, environmental friendly neighborhood. It was originally all solar and no pools were allowed. The homes are still required to be built with solar, but we also do have traditional power and a pool as well now. We do still have roads that are unpaved-they are sand/dirt. They are typically well-maintained (unless we just experienced a hurricane!) Most of the residents prefer to keep the charming feel of the roads as they are, as it gives a bit more of an authentic Baja vibe.
