Upon entrance to this gorgeous 6,700 sq ft home, you will be surrounded by panoramic views of the Continental Divide. Our multi-level home sits on six and a half acres and features six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, three living rooms, three gas fireplaces, two wet bars, and an expansive private outdoor space for you to enjoy! The home is ideal for large groups of family & friends that want a peaceful getaway but also proximity to all of the action -- just a 10-minute drive from downtown Breck and all it offers.

The space
Unwind at this luxurious six-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom chalet with soaring mountain views that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Cherish the warmth from the indoor gas fireplace in our majestic living room, with plenty of seating for your entire family or group. Lounge around on the sectional couch, relax in one of the recliners or peacefully rock yourself in one of our rocking chairs. On the main floor, next to the living room, is a dining table that comfortably seats ten people. For additional seating, there are four stools in the kitchen bar and four more by the wet bar. Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal in our modern fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space. Hang out in the wet bar afterward for a nightcap or simply make a delicious drink and appreciate the forest views on the outdoor patio while sipping on your cocktail.

The outdoor patio on the main floor will have you gazing out into a peaceful and tranquil scenery. This space features a private hot tub, outdoor grill, and enough seating for your entire group. The patio can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Our master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an indoor gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a mini bar, a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and a huge walk-in closet. On the main floor, you will also find the entrance to the garage, washer and dryer combo, extra closet space for your ski gear, half bathroom, lounge area with piano, and mudroom.

Don't forget to head downstairs and enjoy one of the many entertainment options our lodge has to offer. Turn up the heat and cozy up next to our indoor gas fireplace while spending quality time with your family in our second living room that doubles as a movie theater. We have multiple games that include a pool table, a dart board, and a shuffleboard table. You can also relax in one of our bean bag chairs in the gaming area or choose one of our classic board games. The downstairs area boasts a bigger wet bar with a keg-erator next to a spectacular wine cellar. Make your way to the outdoor deck and sit on one of our hammock chairs or take a peaceful stroll through the woods. The second bedroom is also located on this floor and features a queen size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom at the end of the hall.

After a long day, additional guests can make their way to the top floor, where they will find a library, a cozy living room, and four bedrooms with two jack-and-jill style bathrooms. The first bedroom on the left has two twin-size bunk beds, plus one twin-size bed, with a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom that is shared with the second room on the left. This bedroom has a king-size bed that also features a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. Across the hall, the third bedroom also boasts a king-size bed with all of the amenities, complete with a shared bathroom with a room that has two twin over full-size bunk beds.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

All floors can be accessed through the elevator or the stairs.

Guest will have access to the entire home, the outdoor patio, the private hot tub, and the three-car garage with up to four additional spots in the driveway.
