August 2024Great Summer Stay
My family and close friends had a great stay at Castellou, it was hot so we spent most of our days at the property occasionally popping down to the village for ice cream and croissants. Days were spent enjoying long breakfasts, lunches and dinners, swimming in the lovely pool with views stretching out over the roof tops down to the sea. The property was comfortable and very well equipped. Our stay felt like what I imagine long summers in France should feel like, relaxed, plenty to eat and drink and wonderful weather. The owner was very hospitable and generous, we had a great summer stay.”

May 2023Nice home in charming village
We absolutely loved this location as a home base, as well as being able to stroll down the cobblestone street each morning to the town center and grab some croissants or food at a patisserie. Although the town was a bit off the beaten path up in the hills, it afforded us the ability to get to other towns along the Cote d Azur, from Cannes to Nice, and even Monaco, within about an hour. We were on the go so much that we did not spend much time actually at the home, but it did have a nice pool area to enjoy, and also plenty of bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The interiors are rather modest, but most of the bathrooms have been updated. We hardly used the kitchen, but it seemed to be more than adequate to use. We thank the owners for letting us enjoy the home and beautiful area. So much to see and visit within an hour. Our favorite town was St. Paul de Vence. ”
