Our beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bath home is located in Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club subdivision in St. George, Utah. Located near the entrance to the gorgeous and scenic Snow Canyon State Park, our peaceful and elegant home offers endless activities near our home for your entire family. Hike, bike, golf, spa and UTV/ATVs in the red sands are all nearby.

Whether you are seeking hiking through the red rocks of Snow Canyon State Park or Zion National Park, mountain biking through many well laid out and fun trails nearby, road biking the 60+ miles of Great Zion paved trails, yearning to ride UTVs through the red sands of Sand Hallow State Park, a rejuvenation day at one of the many highly rated spas, culinary delights, or just looking for a great round of golf at one of the 13 nearby golf courses, we have it all in our backyard. Our 2,140 square foot home offers a spacious open floor plan and a gourmet kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances, double ovens, and an eat-in island for three.

After a long day outdoors, take a dip in the hot tub or curl up next to the fire pit and admire the stunning views as the sun escapes over the red rocks.

There are five spacious bedrooms to choose from. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, a sitting area, and access to the patio. Three guest rooms have queen beds (one a comfy pullout), and the fifth bedroom has a twin bed.

Biking: In an area known for mountain biking and its competitive road biking, especially associated with IRONMAN, sometimes a simple leisurely bike ride is all you’re after. And local outfitters are making it even easier to navigate the terrain with e-bike rentals too.

Hiking: St George/Greater Zion has something for everyone in the realm of hiking. Whether you are looking for a grueling 12-mile hike into the solitude of nature or a fun two-mile hike for the whole family, Greater Zion won’t disappoint.

Golf: Golf in Greater Zion is a year-round golfer’s paradise. Whether skilled or novice, there’s a course for you! There are 13 courses within a 20-mile radius. Each comes with stunning vistas, challenging shots, and a “playground” where Mother Nature did indeed color outside the lines.

ATV/UTV Riding: Greater Zion is one of the most scenically diverse places in the United States, in the midst of all the landscapes, spend some time hunting for ancient petroglyphs, narrow slot canyons, and beautiful sunsets on every ATV ride.

Canyoneering: Greater Zion is a land of canyons. Many people enjoy hiking the large canyons, but for some, there is a deeper prize to be found. As you venture into the smaller slot canyons, you enter a whole new world full of jaw-dropping experiences. Greater Zion is home to some of the most unique canyoneering routes with a high volume of routes too.

Boating near Zion National Park: What do you do when it’s hot outside and you are in the middle of the desert in St. George, Utah? Jump in one of three lakes of course! Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, and Gunlock State Park are the three main bodies of water that make our little oasis in the desert a reality! With boating, fishing, and playing on the sandy beaches, there really is no better way to spend a hot summer day than out on the water.
