The 2200 square foot home was completed in 2021 and features an outdoor fireplace on the deck, perfect for cool evenings by the lake where you can watch unforgettable sunsets. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is a large dining room for family dinners as well as outdoor seating if the weather permits. The family room is cozy and features a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a game table for two.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed. Two of the guest bedrooms are bunk rooms, while the fourth has two twin beds. Each room is decorated warmly with wood details and lake-themed artwork.

The quaint town of Grand Lake is an adventure enthusiast's dream. Surrounded by the Rocky Mountains National Park, numerous hiking trails are within walking distance. Also nearby is Winter Park Resort, the ski village with shopping, dining, and other entertainment options.
