The massive deck is ideal for a BBQ lunch while watching the boats soar across the water or enjoying a morning coffee, hot chocolate, tea, or wine in the evening while watching the deer in the yard. We are only 15 minutes away from Whitewater Amphitheater and 45 minutes to San Antonio’s hot spots like The Alamo, The Riverwalk, Sea World, and Six Flags Over Texas!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath house has a Queen bed in the primary room and bunk beds in the guest room. There is also a daybed with trundle in the guest room.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining open up to the outside covered double deck, the perfect place for family or friends to gather.

A golf cart ride to the public boat ramp in the neighborhood makes it very convenient to launch or rent water toys. Local activities (within 25 minutes) include the Canyon Lake Gorge, Dam, and Marina, fishing and Tubing down the Guadalupe River, Shopping in Gruene, Horseback Riding, Schlitterbahn, or visiting the Natural Bridgey Wildlife Ranch.
