We had a great time at this Scottsdale home. The property feels like a resort, with the expansive layout and all of the amenities that it offers. We had 14 people in our group, and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy the property. Although there are so many things to do in the area, we spent much of our time relaxing and enjoying this wonderful home. Thank you Kirk for an amazing stay!”

Such a Magnificent Home!

What a FABULOUS HOME!! This home was nothing short of incredible! I am beyond thrilled to recommend this amazing Scottsdale resort home! It truly felt like a luxurious resort, and the pool was absolutely stunning with the rocks and fountains adding a beautiful touch to the atmosphere. We chose this home for our family reunion and it was a hit with everyone, and exceeded all of our expectations. This home has 3 houses on the property. One is a beautiful casita with a fireplace, with a golf green right next to it. It's entrance is poolside. The 2nd home is a Game House with ping pong, pool table and a full gym. The upstairs level of this home is a beautiful master suite that walks outside onto a gorgeous rooftop deck (over the swim-up pool bar below) with comfy seating and a fire table. The views of the property and surrounding area from up here are incredible. The main home has 2 wings. One wing is the entire amazing master suite, huge bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The main living area (kitchen, dining and living room) is breathtaking. Rock columns, open glass everywhere to view the gorgeous outdoor landscape, a state of the art kitchen, and a huge living room sofa - plush royal blue velvet half circle of comfort. The 2nd wing is a long hallway of beautifully furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, one of them being every little girl's dream bedroom with a castle for a bed. I cannot comment enough on the furnishings in this home. Every single cent spent shows in the obvious interior decorator's gorgeous choices of furnishings: sofas & chairs, tables, rugs, art, lamps, bedding, wall sconces, wall coverings and bigger than life bronze sculptures around the property. The pool is enormous and has multiple sections of rock swimming areas, one of them being a hot pool. There are fountains and waterfalls and walkways in every section. This view from inside the house is spectacular. I should mention that Kierland Mall is a mere 20 minute drive, but there are many stores and restaurants near this home. I have been visiting Arizona for many years and it was actually refreshing to be staying up the mountain away from all the bustling traffic. Kirk was a wonderful host and called to check on me to make certain we got into the home. He referred me to a wonderful and very helpful gentleman who was familiar with the home and he answered any questions I had. Thank you, Kirk, for offering this home through Third Home. Let me just add that 5 days of vacation is usually enough for me and I'm ready to go home. After my 7 days here, I felt so sad and did not want to leave this gorgeous place. Honestly, I will remember this home for a long, long time. ”

Fantastic Resort-like Home!

This home is absolutely off the charts amazing! We came here with several members of our family to celebrate a special occasion. This home was more than we could have imagined. Everything inside and out was fantastic. We loved the beautiful pool, the giant hot tub, putting green, pickleball courts, basketball court and more! The home is gorgeous, and has everything you could need. And most of all, our granddaughter was crazy about the castle bed!!! Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home. We couldn’t be happier with this stay.”

Activities Galore!!

This was our second trip to this Scottsdale property! We had our extended family there, ages 19 to 95 and there was something to do for everyone! We hiked nearby trails, hot-tubbed, read by the pool, played pickleball and ping pong, shot a few games of pool, played card games around the table, and watched lots of football games on the living room and game room tv's! Owner Kirk, and property manager Manny were always available to ensure that our stay was top-notch!”

Incredible !!!!

Took 8 of my buddies golfing and we ended up staying home and not going anywhere for dinner with this most beautiful resort home. We found ourselves in this resort home and why leave. I’ve been to approx 50 plus homes on third home and this one rates right at the top. ”

Definitely feels like a resort!

The house and property are stunning! Home owner, Kirk, and the property manager, Manny were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We played pickleball, lounged by the pool, had putting competitions, and enjoyed the nearby hikes. The beds are comfortable, the finishes are high end, and the sunsets are breath taking! We are returning in November and can't wait to share the property with our family! There is plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend!”

Wonderful stay at Troon North

What a beautiful COMPLEX this was all week. Although the AZ heat was 110+ most of the week, the resort size pool was a cool 86ish and felt great! We look forward to staying there again!”
